All I want is to get through Easter without having to talk to my uncle. Is that to much to ask? (Yes, yes it is). This week was not so great (dizziness and or general sick feeling, chemistry related ugliness, lack of organization regarding German project, and Frightening Homophobic Remarks from fellow Special Olympics volunteers). The last thing I want right now is to deal with is an old Republican telling me to sit on his lap. I did find Alexander the Fabulous, so this week was not a total loss. Hopefully I got a good ACT score, too. I'm going to stop complaining now. |

We adopted a dog today. His name is Tuffy. He's either one or tewo years old, and was described as a "basset shepard". He's really sweet (and cute)! I'll try to work on UC some more this week (and maybe do my homework too). Haven't got much planned for my week off- possible evolution seminar at the zoo, chance of getting Amanda for a few days. |

Ugh. Not much happening lately. I went to see "The New World" with my mom. I really didn't like it, but I think that's just the AP history class talking. Seriously, 13 Pochahontas getting with 27 year old John Smith? Eeewgross. (Although I think she was still really young when she got with John Rolfe).
And I got new earrings (...er, 15 pairs, but they were sets at Claire's).
I got elected president of my highschool GSA for next year. Yay! (Although that does mean more work, but I'm really excited about it.) Have posted chapter 6 of Unexpected Consequences. I would feel acomplished if I didn't have 3 chapter outlines to finish for history (and wasn't way behind in In Cold Blood)
This year is actually starting to look up. |

I've felt slightly pukey today, but I'm really not sure why.
But I've come to a decision. I need to stop caring what other people think of me, because it kind of sucks. Once I stop trying to please people, I might actually be able to please people. (or something). I want to be a more confidant Emma, who doesn't have to talk all the time to get attention. (I want to be a last procrastinating Emma, who does her historiography for he report.)
All I know is the tag on my pants says I'm 'brilliant' and 'exceptional' and I want to be the kind of person my pants can respect. |

 The cutest of the cute, these baby ducks are often spotted in the spring following closely behind their mother. Haha, I ride again! My previous entries have been deleted because of sheer crappiness. But fear not, gentle readers, I shall write again! My intrests are allready listed here, so I won't bother going into that. I'm 17, and a junior in highschool. I'm really not very exciting. I figure I'll mostly post some fanfiction here.
